I am so excited to be able to offer this service to you! As a university student studying nutrition and dietetics, I believe exercising is incredibly important. Exercising will keep us happy, healthy and looking good!

Group fitness classes involve circuit work, strength training, functional training, cardiovascular training and some awesome plyometric exercises too. Whether you want to train to lose weight, become stronger or fitter or improve your qulaity of life these classes will suit you!

All fitness levels welcome. Kids are also welcome :)

Personal training sessions also available!
$40/hour or $25/30 minutes
